I have verified my ownership of it and all, but when Anet say that they have sent out a password reset email I am not getting one.Reee, nevermind, I solved, apparently I forgot that I changed password like 2 months ago, and in my mind I still was using my old password to try loggin-in. By the way, I tried the password reset and I received the e-mail 1 hour later. I hope you'll solve too. Hey guys, does any one know if/how i can extract the saved password from the launcher? I don't know if it's just me, but I am being flooded with emails every day saying my password has been reset, and to follow the link to complete the password reset. Solution: Arenanet could you please add a CAPTCHA or some more friction to the Password Reset form on your website? Being flooded with these emails is unnerving.
